We see ethics as a process, not just another checkbox. Responsibility in technology must be a practice, supported by the right environment—one that embraces people, processes, and culture. Games that focus on ethics and the process of doing so; games like these can showcase tools that help us practice this process iteratively. They encourage participants to reflect on their decisions, adapt based on outcomes, and engage in meaningful discussions that go beyond theoretical debates.
Our Ethics Game Day will feature hands-on experiences with games designed to make ethical deliberation an engaging and thought-provoking activity. Participants will explore scenarios that push them to ask uncomfortable questions, confront ethical tensions, and foster a culture of reflection rather than moral judgment. This aligns with our thinking that ethical responsibility and public values should be central to an institution’s ethos, not an afterthought.
From Stichting Toekomstbeeld der Techniek, Lilian de Jong! She will be hosting Ethics Inc .
Patrick van de Wetering from Windesheim! Patrick will be hosting Spion op je pad.

Tying It All Together
We believe in creating a space where ethical considerations and public values are treated as key components of educational innovation. Games can provide this in an effective way. Prepare staff, educators and learners to think critically, challenge norms, and build a shared commitment to responsible technology.
By engaging with diverse teams and participatory processes, we can elevate the quality of tech-driven education and minimize potential harms of our beloved technologies.
Join us for this unique day of learning, reflection, and connection as we explore how to weave responsible tech practices into the fabric of educational institutions.
See you on November 20 for an inspiring day of ethics, games, and responsible tech!
